Made to Order
We ordered our first ever pit from Blok in April 2024. Ben and Mark welcomed us in to discuss their journey on offset cooking, what makes an excellent smoker and their experience of building exactly that for the two Michelin Star Restaurant at Sat Bains in Nottingham.
The build
The guys at Blok spent 6 weeks crafting our new smoker, tuning it so that it cooks at even temperature across the whole pit and retains heat for our long brisket smoking sessions
